  • Kristine Mavraganis - Kristine graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1992. After a one year stint as Executive Pastry Chef for a large caterer, she opened her original shop in Chester, NJ in 1993. Eventually, the shop moved to our previous location on Sussex Turnpike in Randolph in 1996. Needing more space once again, she has settled in our current location (and is quite happy!). Accolades have included The New York Times ("....a first rate Pastry Chef"), The Daily Record, The Randolph Reporter, NJ Bride Magazine and others. Please see our media page for articles.

  • Lesly McDevitt - We are very pleased to have someone as high caliber as Leslie on our staff. She attended and graduated from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College in Philadelphia.
